User Data Requests and Deletion
Use this page to request access to, correction of, objection to, or deletion of personal information processed through the Kids Church check-in app.
How The Process Works
- Submit the request form below with enough detail for us to identify your record.
- We may contact you to verify identity and confirm the scope of your request.
- We will review whether any information must be retained for legal, safety, audit, or record-keeping reasons.
- Where deletion is approved, we will delete or de-identify the relevant data as reasonably practicable.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the request and the records involved, this may include parent or guardian details, child records, communication history, account-linked data, and related church administration records.
What May Need To Be Retained
Certain records may need to be retained where required for child safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or reasonable church administration. In those cases we may restrict use, archive, or de-identify information instead of deleting it outright.
