By accessing or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

This app is provided to support church family registration, pre-registration, child check-in and check-out, volunteer workflows, reporting, and related communications.

You may use the service only if you are authorised to do so and, where you submit details about a child or another adult, you are authorised to provide that information.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login details and security codes confidential.
• Use the service only for lawful church-related purposes.
• Do not interfere with the security, reliability, or proper operation of the app.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit information without authority.

Security codes, tags, and QR codes are part of the child release process. Users must keep those codes confidential and present them honestly. The church may require additional verification before releasing a child.

By providing contact details, you agree that the church may send operational communications relevant to the service, including registration confirmations, pre-registration codes, reminder messages, and child safety notifications. Marketing or non-essential communication should remain subject to applicable consent rules.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including features, workflows, and messaging functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or church administration.

The app, its software, branding, layout, and related content remain the property of the church or its licensors, except for information submitted by users.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that may not lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the church will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
